Mr. A. R. Kalluraya holds Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a renowned Institute in India. He has over 40 years of experience in various Mechanical engineering fields such as machine shop, tool room, and industrial engineering at the shop floor and management levels. He has worked in premier engineering companies in India and has been involved in forging collaborative relationships with companies in US, Europe and Japan. He has been awarded numerous awards and commendations by Industry organisations and Government.

Strategy & Product development policies are the major areas handled by him.

Mr. Sharad Lokur, Director

Mr.Sharad Lokur is a B.Sc. AMIE graduate with over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing & Finance. He has an expertise in development of gauges, tooling and jigs and fixtures, which improve productivity & quality. He currently handles the Procurement, Finance & Commercial matters of the company.

Mr. Vinayak Lokur, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Vinayak Lokur holds Bachelors Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering and Management certification from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has worked in leading engineering companies in India on Computer Aided Materials Management, Production Engineering, Design, TQM and Allied fields.

He handles Customer development, exports, product development and HR.

Mr.Santosh Mamdapur - Executive Operations

Mr.Santosh is an Engineering Graduate from Karnataka University, having over 15 years experience in planning and execution. He co-ordinates and manages the day-to-day Production Planning and also the expansion activities.


Mr. Anil Islampure - Executive Materials

Mr.Anil has over 15 years of experience in various fields involving commercial activities such as material procurement, stores management,planning and warehousing etc. He is instrumental in managing the raw material procurement, inventory, vendor development and vendor management activities. He is also instrumental in successful implementation of ERP @ Expert.
